4. Pricing & Payment

All prices on quizdonkey.com are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

5. Order Process & Acceptance

  • Items are prepared for shipment

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to suspected fraud, invalid billing information, system errors, or product unavailability. Any canceled order will be fully refunded.

6. Handling Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) or on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

8. Order Cancellation & Changes

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are provided free of charge.

Non-returnable items include Final Sale items, gift cards, and custom-made products (unless defective).
