2. Currency

All transactions are processed in USD.
Banks may apply conversion fees for non-USD cards.

If your refund has not appeared after 7 business days:

If your card expired, your bank will route the refund to your updated card.


9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you notice a billing issue, please email us before filing a chargeback.
Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Order cancellation

  • Account suspension

  • Loss of eligibility for future purchases

We will provide full documentation to payment processors when resolving disputes.


10. Updating Payment Information

After an order is placed, the payment method cannot be changed.
To update payment details:
